朱宇凡，中华文化学院（中央社会主义学院）中华文化教研部文化交流教研室教师（副高职称）。研究方向为周边关系与海洋安全研究、中国海外利益研究等，主讲课程为《“一带一路”与人类命运共同体》。发表《印度海军外交》、《加强国家开发海洋的政治意识》、《实现中国梦是对人类社会国际秩序的新贡献》等多篇文章，主持或参与《中巴和孟中印缅两大经济走廊建设及其国际影响力研究》、《中国特色海洋强国之路的战略思考和建议方案》、《外交战略的执行经验研究》等多项课题。参与编写的著作包括《中华文明转型超越》、《南海图籍录（近现代卷）》、《世纪之交的中印关系与发展趋势》等。
Zhu Yufan, Associate Professor of Teaching and Research Section of Cultural Exchange, Department of Teaching and Research of Chinese Culture, Central Institute of Socialism, graduated from the International Institute for Strategic Studies, Party School of the CPC Central Committee, with a doctor’s degree in law.
Research Direction: Neighboring relationship and maritime security, China’s overseas interests, etc.

Published many articles, including “Security Structure of China-Pakistan-US Relations and Its Practical Significance”, “Indian Naval Diplomacy”, “Strengthening the National Political Awareness of Ocean Development”, and “Realizing the Chinese Dream a New Contribution to the International Order of Human Society”, etc.
Presided over or participated in multiple subject studies, such as “Research on the Construction and International Influence of China-Pakistan Economic Corridor and Bangladesh-China-India-Myanmar Economic Corridor and Its International Influence”, “Strategic Thinking and Suggestion Scheme for the Path to a Maritime Power with Chinese Characteristics”, “Research on the Implementation Experience of Diplomatic Strategy”, etc.
Independently wrote or participated in the writing of multiple research reports.
Participated in writing co-authored works, including Transformation and Transcendence of Chinese Civilization, Atlas of South China Sea Islands (Modern Volume), and China-India Relations and Development Trends at the Turn of the Century.
